Freedom Programme Coordinator: Closing date 1 July
Thanks to the Big Lottery, we have funding to employ a Freedom Programme Coordinator for a minimum 5 year contract.
Job Purpose is to coordinate the delivery of freedom programme groups across the District of Swale, to develop the Swale Freedom Programme in line with needs and diversity of the District, to design and implement evaluation processes in line with funders requirements to recruit, train and manage a team of paid and volunteer facilitators – ensuring availability of facilitators for all programmes and to obtain ongoing funding to sustain the service beyond funding period of five years.
The closing date for this role is now the 1st July 2016 with interviews taking place on the 7th July 2016.
First Contact Coordinator: Closing date 18 July
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the service delivery and the development of our first contact sessions with the client. These include our One Stop Shops and Drop In services – in line with expected service delivery protocol.
You will monitor and report attendance at the first contact sessions and ensure that all of our clients receive the most efficient and best quality initial contact and gateway in to our service.
You will also liaise with the Operations Manager to ensure a seamless handover of clients from the OSS and Drop In’s into the service.
You will be able to work as part of a team but also be able to use your own initiative and have a ‘can do’ attitude. You will develop and maintain links with our partner agencies, host venues and other organisations.
