We have had a busy couple of weeks at SATEDA with lots of lovely people raising some cash for our cause. Here are some of the champions who have been doing this for us:
Melissa and Jan
In November, Melissa and Jan were sponsored as they bravely walked over the 02 Arena! Between them they raised £305 which is enough to pay for two women to attend the Freedom Programme (and have a little bit left over)! Thank you SO MUCH Melissa and Jan!
The great people at Amicus Horizon have raised £65 for our ‘Wear Orange’ campaign on 25th November, the international day against violence against women and girls. They wore orange and held a game of bingo! Well done and thank you to everyone at Amicus who put the fun into fundraising!
Thanks to some generous donations from Tesco Faversham, we raised over £200 from the sale of beauty products! Our pop-up-shop was held in the staff room of SBC on Friday lunchtime. We had a range of branded (Olay, L’Oreal) products such as BB and CC creams, serums and moisturisers sold for at bargain prices. We also had a batch of electric toothbrushes that flew off the proverbial shelves! Thanks to Tesco and our ‘customers’!
