Keep one of our charity collection boxes in your work place, do a sponsored swim, host a bake sale, climb a mountain, shave your head, run 10k, bathe in beans or shower in custard! There are lots of ways you and your colleagues, family and friends could raise some funds whilst having fun. You can either do it through Just Giving by clicking ‘Fundraise For Us’ or do it the old fashioned way and give us coins, notes or cheques! By asking for sponsors as you undertake a personal challenge, it not only helps you stay motivated and on track, but it also helps us to take victims of domestic violence on a journey to survival. That’s what we call a win-win scenario. You can read about our Challengers at the bottom of this page.

Getting us started with the 2019 Challenges this year, our very own senior managers Carey & Matt and friends completed the Island 10k on Sunday 5th May. A great effort and achievement from all.
