SATEDA’s Clothing Support Service – Updates

We’ve got some important updates about our clothing support service and how you can access it. 

Medway Office Closure 

Our Medway office has now closed. Clothing support is still available at the SATEDA Hub at Heather House in Sittingbourne..  

• To browse and collect items, please visit Heather House. 

• Please drop all clothing donations off to Heather House (not Medway). 

We’ll soon be celebrating one year of our Heather House drop in hub, and after a successful first year, we’re expanding clothing support here. The service will be the same as what you accessed in Medway. 

If Sittingbourne is difficult for you to reach, please keep an eye out on our Sharewear page for our pop up events.  

Upcoming Pop-Up Events 

• DWP Job Fair at Swallows Leisure Centre: Monday 13 October, 10am–12pm

• Swale One Road Show at Seashells Children & Families Centre: Thursday 23 October

Heather House Help Yourself Clothing Rail 

At the entrance to Heather House, you’ll find a SATEDA help yourself clothing rail with a different focus each month.
This month’s focus find: coats. 

• Women’s and children’s coats will be available. 

It’s a simple and accessible way to make sure items are easy to grab whenever you visit. 

Evening Session 

Can’t make it to us during the day? The SATEDA Hub at Heather House will be open Wednesday 24th September during the evening between 5–7.30pm. This session is designed for women who work or have childcare commitments. No booking required, just drop in.
