Join us for a festive family day at our “Christmas at Heather House” event, hosted by Age UK Kent Rivers, SATEDA, Sittingbourne & Sheppey Helping Ukraine, and the Swale Community Care Project.
Enjoy a wide range of activities for all ages, from games and crafts to delicious refreshments and a magical Santa’s Grotto.

Our Christmas Grotto is a winter wonderland of sparkling lights, festive decorations, and a warm, magical atmosphere.
Each child will have the chance to meet Santa, tell him their Christmas wishes, and receive a special gift to take home.

There is no on-site parking at the venue. Street parking is available nearby.
The venue is step-free and includes access to a disabled toilet.
All activities at this Christmas event are low-cost. Most activities, including games and crafts, will range from £1–£3 per person.
Refreshments are available at the usual Heather House Café prices.
Our festive activities are aimed at children, supported by their families.

No, there is no need to book the general activities, crafts, or games, just turn up anytime between 10.30am and 4.30pm.
However, if you would like to visit Santa, you must book your slot in advance. Tickets are only valid for the time you have booked, so please arrive on time to make the most of your visit.

Heather House is a community hub in the heart of Sittingbourne in Kent. We’re located opposite Borden Grammar School, and next door to Swallows Leisure Centre. We’re a 2 minute walk from the High Street and a 5 minute walk from Sittingbourne train station. The postcode is ME10 4NN.
