Women’s Support Groups
What is a women’s support group?
Our women’s support group offers a welcoming space to connect with other women who share similar experiences. You can share as much or as little as you feel comfortable in a safe and non-judgemental environment. Many women find that connecting with others helps reduce feelings of isolation and reminds them that they are not alone. The group provides an opportunity for peer support, where women can share experiences, offer encouragement and support one another on their journey of recovery and healing. Many women who attend the group go on to build lasting friendships.
The Hive
The Hive is SATEDA’s women’s support group, with two weekly groups in Swale. If you’ve engaged with a SATEDA service, you’re welcome to come along to the location that’s most convenient for you.

The Hive is run by trained volunteers and supported by a Safeguarding Officer, all with experience in domestic abuse, safeguarding and mental health.
