Freedom Programme

Are you looking to understand more about abusive relationships and how to protect yourself in the future? The Freedom Programme is a supportive, 12-week course designed to help women recognise the signs of abuse, make sense of their experiences, and rebuild confidence.

Own My Life

Using a range of multimedia tools, the course explores how abuse works, how trauma affects the brain, and how popular culture can reinforce harmful messages about gender, relationships, and power. Women are supported to recognise and challenge these messages, and to rebuild their confidence and identity.
